Common questions
Is the commission really for the lifetime of a referral?
Yes. You earn 30% of what the referred customer pays on every renewal, as long as their subscription and your affiliate account stay active. There is no first-year limit.
What counts as eligible revenue?
Subscription payments we actually collect, excluding taxes. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission. Payments from accounts related to yours never earn commission.
When does a referral count?
The visitor has to arrive through your link, then start their first Premium subscription within 90 days. If they follow someone else's link afterwards, the most recent link wins.
Can I use my own link?
No. Your own account never gets the discount. Accounts that share your network or a payment method on your account still get the discount, but they are flagged, shown in your dashboard, and never earn commission.
When do I get paid?
Commission stays pending for 30 days. Balances ready by the end of each month are sent to your PayPal or Wise email on the 15th of the next month, or the next weekday, once they reach $50. Smaller balances carry forward. You do not need to request a payout.
